AI Features Overview

The myosh platform includes optional AI capabilities that help analyse data, identify trends, and support AI-driven workflows inside forms.

Key Capabilities

1. Single record analysis lets you review one open record, including supported attachments.
2. Analyse Records lets you analyse a filtered list of multiple records from a record list.
3. Custom AI fields (AI_FIELD) let administrators build specific AI actions directly into forms.

Administrative Control

In Viking 2.0, administrators can configure AI behaviour through:

• form-level global prompts
• single-record analysis prompt overrides

Analysing an Individual Record

Overview

The Analyse with AI function, shown with the test beaker icon, reviews the currently open record. It evaluates form data and any attached PDFs or images to provide a summary and logical check of the data.

How to Run the Analysis

1. Open a record.
2. Select the test beaker icon at the top right.
3. Review the AI Analysis section that appears near the top of the record.

Customisation

The output follows the default system instructions unless an administrator has configured a specific override in the form editor.

Important Note

The AI Analysis text is temporary and is cleared when the record is closed. If you need AI output stored in the record, use an AI_FIELD instead.

Analysing Multiple Records

Overview

You can also analyse multiple records from a module list view. This is useful for summarising trends, extracting patterns, or answering a specific question across a filtered set of records.

To use this feature, your user profile must usually have record export permissions for that module.

Scope of Analysis

Multiple-record analysis works on the standard form data for the selected records.

• It does not include file attachments
• It does not include linked records

How to Analyse Multiple Records

1. Open the relevant module record list.
2. Apply the filters needed to narrow the record set.
3. Locate the test beaker icon, sometimes inside the more-options menu.
4. Select the icon to open the prompt window.
5. Enter custom instructions describing what you want the AI to do.
6. Run the analysis and review the text response.

The output is for immediate reference and is not permanently saved in the system.
